Shipping Terms and Conditions
We use DHL Express to ship all online orders from our studio in Glasgow, UK. We aim to ship all orders the next business day, however during busy periods it may take longer.

VAT applies to orders delivered to the UK.
All orders delivered to locations outside the UK are shipped with VAT & Duties included. This means you do not need to pay any extra VAT & Duties to receive your order.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which could cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return items to us for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in original resalable condition.
Please notify us of your return at studio@lafetiche.com and we will email you a pre-paid DHL returns label.

Returns Terms and Conditions
You need to notify us of any return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and packaging if applicable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
If you are shipping yourself, please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service to the address below. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

If you are shipping yourself from outside the UK, please ensure that the ‘Returned Goods’ option is ticked on the customs declaration form to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied. We are not responsible for any import charges and taxes due to incorrect or missing paperwork.
Packaging
Most orders will be shipped in a LA FETICHE branded mailing bag with a complimentary LA FETICHE poster.
We do not include any plastic packaging, instead orders are wrapped in our iconic LA FETICHE recycled newsprint.

LA FETICHE proudly partner with DHL Express, utilising sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) via the GoGreen Plus service to deliver your orders. By investing in sustainable aviation fuel, we actively reduce the CO2e emissions associated with our shipments, minimising our carbon footprint.
