Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • We use DHL Express to ship all online orders.
  • Should there be a delay or any issue with your delivery, please contact studio@lafetiche.com for help in resolving the problem.
  • VAT applies to orders delivered to the UK.
  • All deliveries to locations outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, fees and duties.
  • All applicable import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local sales taxes or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer directly to the courier company.
  • If tax and duties apply, you will need to pay these to release your order.
  • In addition, local customs practises may require you to provide additional information to clear your order. These rules vary by country. Contact your local customs office for more information.
  • When ordering from LA FETICHE you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Returns Terms and Conditions

  • Please notify us of your return at studio@lafetiche.com and we will email you a pre- paid returns label.
  • You need to notify us of any return within 14 days of receipt.
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and packaging if applicable.
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • If outside the UK, please mark ‘Returned Items’ clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.
  • Ensure that the ‘Return Goods’ option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
  • If you paid import duty and you returned or partially returned your order; you will be entitled to claim this back. Please contact your government customs department with a copy of the invoice provided by us.
